- MVA Bill of Rights – This lists the rights and responsibilities of the driving school,the student, and the parents in the MVA Driver Education Program.
- Parent and Student Responsibility Agreement – This form describes the policies that students and parents agree to when a student enrolls in the Driver's Education course.
